I was at a stop on a rainy day. And then all the lights just started flashing on and off in no particular order. Need help please. (Park light is on because I had the parking brake on)

Are these still on? With that number of lights it's either a communication/bus/combination meter malfunction or something that is common between the airbag, VSC/TC, tpms, and braking systems. I can think of common items between airbag, VSC/TC, and braking systems (airbag sensor assembly and maybe spiral cable/steering angle sensor) but none that are common with tpms. Are you sure the TPMS is related? Any other oddities on your combination meter? Definitely pull DTC's next.

Yes they are still on. I checked for codes and there was none. The truck still runs fine. But I noticed that when I am moving, the ABS and Slip light turns off and only the TPMS and Airbag light stays blinking.

There are codes. What did you use to read them?

There were no codes. I had a shop read them for me

Try another shop that has a clue at diagnostics. There are some codes. And beyond that there is live data that will likely explain why the slip indicator is lit sitting still and not when moving.

I had the same happen to me a while back and replacing the battery with a new one fixed the problem. I hope this helps.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I already did that and no change.

Try checking all grounding points to frame. I had this issue with my Tahoe. Ended up being dirty grounds.

A bad wheel speed sensor or damaged wiring harness to the sensor can also do this
