I just used the screws that came with the brackets (flashlight) and the glass breaker. On the glass breaker, I used the bottom holes and one in the middle of the wide end. Mount the flashlight low enough so that the glass breaker will clear and forward enough that it won't interfere with the seat moving back & forth.

The glass breaker I bought from Pep Boys (came with the holder for $15). The Maglight flashlight and the brackets I bought from Amazon.com. The clips you can see below in the "Frequently Bought Together" section. Buy them both so you can get free shipping on the brackets (they're too cheap to qualify with just the bracket alone).

    Haha, I gathered that :D

Is it for if you get in a wreck where your doors wont open and you have to break glass to get out or...? I guess my original question should have been, "In what situation would you need to use a glass breaker?"

Haha. Its all good. I saw an oppurtunity and I had to take it. To be honest, it's not something I've ever had a need for. Maybe an EMT guy would want one around? I know a lot of them have seat belt cutters on them as well. I think it's a good idea for the guy who has everything for every situation. For example, It would be nice to have if you happen to drive off a bridge and your submerging.
