Been running those on mine for about a month now and can't believe I was ever using an AAL. I have a rack and hilift back there and they are fantastic, but the truck does have a prominent rake now. I left it since whenever I load it up, headlights shouldn't be blinding anyone.

What is this chevy 63 mod I keep hearing about. I need some new leafs and maybe about another 2 inch lift for the rear. I have a stock leaf pack with a fabtech add a leaf.

Heres the link to the chevy 63 swap: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/how-to-chevy-63-leaf-spring-swap.377756/ i didnt go with them because its alot of extra work but it gives you alot of flex.

Im glad you are liking yours. I ordered mine through headstrong and unlike everyone else that sells them theirs comes with the bushings. Also having some arch in the packs still will be great bc with the all pros i was pritty sure i was getting some axle wrap.

Yeah, I did as well. These surprised me after reading a bit that they were just fine driving around. I was thinking about pulling the one leaf until I saw the pack in person, and realized it's lift, then stiff once you get some weight in there. I wonder how they're sitting now with the old leaf packs in the back... I'll check at lunch.

NP, glad to help. I thought about it for a little bit, but ended up with the Dakars since it's a DD 90% of the time and I probably be on stuff that needs the extra flex. I do just enough to scare the gf.

Lots of work. New front and rear hangers, bump stops, ubolt flip, extended brake lines, 12" shocks and chevy 63" leafs (63" eye to eye). It's an attractive swap because the chevy leafs are more flexible but also hold weight better as theyre meant for a 1/2 or 3/4 ton pick up.

I might have missed it but no ones seemed to ask what do you have in the back of the truck.

Took a look but they did not have them in their store. Are you going to use a Flip kit with these? Have the one from AllPro that I got with my Expedition Springs from them although I had to get a different bolt for the center since their Expedition Springs had additional leafs (which is probably why they no longer warranted their springs with the flip kit as they found out the flip kit would require modification to fit their springs).

Do you have them in yet? Not to burst your bubble but I have Dakars and they've been flat since installation. It's pretty common.

The El096R packs should be on their store? Under toyota, 2nd gen, rear suspension, then leaf packs. I ordered them last night. Also dont have the flip kit or plan on getting one. My experience with all pro was terrible. Still havent gotten a response via email and when i call they just say they will call me back but never had yet.

No i dont have them on yet. But they will be going on soon. How much weight do you have on them? Also what pack is it?
looking at your one picture of the rear of the leaf pack on the shackle it seems to have arch still. The leafs on my truck currently look like this.

The ones on your truck looked to have an arch in the rear still?

They seemed flat to me, almost have a negative arc at the axle. I have the Dakar HD pack with just a leer cap on the back

I've been running the EL096R's for a year now. Just make sure you get the yellow OME bushings.
