Flaten Exhaust... Maybe...

    Think I might have flatten my exhaust going over a hill. Def hit it b/c there is mud and small groves on the metal, but the top looks crimped. It protrudes down farther than anything else under there. Have you guys seen this or is that pipe crimped from the factory for this reason?

    You'll see more dimpling and scratches on your exhaust if you flatten it, short of lowering your truck on a perfectly flat piece of something, it will not be uniform like that, its normal.

    Ha I thought the same thing after hitting something under my truck after an off road trip. Good to know it was already there before me :amen:

    Thanks guys, I was already looking to replace it. Looked like it would been any easy fix. Need some guards down there.

    Theres a mod in the 2nd gen forum to run it another route so its not the lowest under the truck.
