Hi, I just spent close to 300 hours rebuilding my 2tr-fe and drivetrain due to factory piston slap and in the process, installed a flexalite 678. After an hour of breakin, my aircon came on, and blew a bunch of fuses. After a few minutes decided to disconnect the green wire from the controller which is the aircon tap. I replaced fuses and everything works but the fan now... Only works with manual switch and does not come on when at temp. Hooked green wire up again and fuse blew again.... Very irritated and regretting buying off of ebay. I just found out the controller is $120...

Has anyone else had any issues like this? I read a thread somewhere that the old version of this controller tended to crap out alot and flexalite "re vamped" the controller.... Maybe I got someones old stock.

    Any feedback is appreciated! Thx
