They fit, I have a set you can have... slightly abused, but not ripped or broken really. I'm just not a fan of having flaps or having those flaps eat up my fenders.

$90, almost all mounting hardware is intact. I lost one screw that pulled through my plastic fender, so you'd have to source a few screws and rubber spacers to stand them off.

I can let you know later tonight. I. currently sitting at the tire shop getting 265/70/17's mounted. I have had the flaps for 8 months or so now. zero issues with stock size tires, and lots of room to go bigger it looks like.

Cool, I appreciate it! I'm sick of the rubbing, but this time of year without the flaps truck get's pretty dirty quickly..

265/75/16, which is the same overall diameter that you're looking at. They won't rub if the flaps are properly aligned.

Seriously mine are available, and much cheaper than a new setIMG_20161107_170315554.jpg IMG_20161107_170224970_HDR.jpg

I made full lock turns both left and right in the tire shop lot and had no rubbing. I backed up my trailer with some wide swings this evening with no touching.

I have mine positioned all the way to the inside since my tires do not stick out. your setup may change it.

That's fair, I guess. I mean I'm throwing these things out if no one wants them, so it's always an "OBO" scenario.

For the record, if you're looking for "flexible" flaps, like the title of this says, then these aren't for you... Mine feel rock hard after being in the garage on a 65F day.

Damn, I missed the group buy. Thanks for the info guys. I think I'll just order the fronts now and see how they work out.

Thanks for the offer @snowmanwithahat .

I ended up having to remove my stock mud flaps due to rubbing while turning onto inclined streets and driveways. I run the TRD SEMAS with 255/75/17 DuraTracs on a 2.5" lift. Does anyone have recommendations for replacement flaps that won't rub? I have looked at the RokBloks and was wondering if anyone had these in either regular or off road tire size. I am not running spacers, so I believe the regular flaps should be sufficient. Any thoughts?

The RokBloks are very low profile and I would expect to not rub. My tires are 265/70R17 on TRD RockWarrior wheels which have a similar offset but slightly wider wheel width. I have a 2" front lift and 1.5" rear. Your tires are 0.5" larger in diameter, which means they will be 0.25" closer to the flap, but your wheels are 0.5" narrower and tires are also 1cm narrower. I would stick with regular or short, as the oversized will stick out unecissarily. I opted for the short flaps as I think the regular are too long, but here you can kind of see pics side by side compared to stock, though the lighting isn't the best:

I have 265/70-17 Hancook Dynapro Atm mounted on stock sport rims.
Those pics are showing how much room I have to spare. Wheels are straight ahead, and on a flat parking space.
I have the short version of the flaps.

I'm having an issue, hopefully you guys can help me diagnose this...

I've had a set of RokBlokz (regular size) installed for almost two years with no issues.

About three months ago I noticed my rear passenger side flap was warping from the exhaust exiting the TRD exhaust tip. The TRD exhaust was installed when the truck was purchased. The warped section was very noticeable and the flap itself was bending due to distortion in the material.

I pulled the flap and ordered a new one from RokBlokz. While the new flap was on the way, I replaced the back two rubber exhaust hangers. My thought process was they were probably fatigued, thus allowing the exhaust tip to move closer to the flap.

I installed the new flap and all seemed good. However, after about 1k miles the issue resurfaced, and now my new flap is warped as well - just like the original...

I'm at a bit of a loss. I have changed absolutely nothing in my setup. I haven't bent the exhaust offroad or anything like that. This issue just arose and now I can't figure out how to remedy the situation. I love my RokBlokz, they're a great product, but I'm worried that eventually the flap is going to melt severely as it continues to be distorted from the exhaust.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can snap a few photos if it would help.

    Thank you,

Pics would be helpful. I've had mine on for about 20k and zero issues. I don't see how your exhaust could be close enough to warp the flap. Here is a pic of the spacing of mine this morning with the stock non-TRD exhaust, the exhaust is nowhere near close to the flap.

Here are some shots of what I'm experiencing.

    IMG_9693.jpg IMG_9694.jpg IMG_9696.jpg IMG_9697.jpg IMG_9695.jpg IMG_9698.jpg

I just returned from a weekend trip to Gila Nat'l Forest and the flap warped a lot more over the past two days. I'm not sure if it's the wind out here - maybe the force of the wind (generally coming from the west) combined with crusing 3+ hours on the highway has caused the flap to bend backwards into the expelled exhaust. However, driving out here is nothing new in the equation. I drove from NC to NM/AZ/UT/CO in December 2015 with no issues at all. We hit several days of rough wind during that trip and my RokBlokz flap did not warp.

If someone has RokBlokz with a TRD exhaust installed, I'd like to see a few shots of your tailpipe in relation to the mudflap. Maybe somehow mine has shifted? Not sure. I've replaced my back exhaust hanger and inspected the others (which all looked fine).

The issue is the positioning of your tailpipe (not the size). Note in my picture, the tailpipe is centered under where the fender flare meets the body, in yours the tailpipe is centered under the fender flare. Not sure why yours is so different, a quick google image search of TRD exhausts on Tacoma all show the TRD exhaust lined up exactly where mine is, meaning something is incorrect on yours causing it to be too far forward.

A somewhat quick and dirty solution could be to just bend the tailpipe back a few degrees so it does not exit 90 degrees to the truck but points backward ever so slightly, that would more the heat further away and direct the hot exhaust away from the flap.

I did some digging through old photos and found a photo of my truck from about a year ago. The tail pipe has moved. I looked at the photos side-by-side and its really apparent. I have no idea how this happened. I haven't bent the exhaust or anything, but it has shifted. I'll put it up on a lift and see what I can find out.

I know this thread is older. Just wondering how the Rokblokz are holding up. I'm looking at getting some so I can get rid of the rigid oem flaps.
