Flickering back up camera

I have a 2019 Sport with an aftermarket Pioneer 4400 NEX and locking tailgate mod, and the rear view camera is flickering. It’s not a consistent error, but nothing I’ve tried has fixed it. I checked all connections behind the head unit, in the tail gate, and under the passenger side of the truck, and can’t find what’s causing the issue.
I attached a video showing the flickering, it’s driving me crazy trying to fix it, and I’m pretty
sure toyota won’t help because of the aftermarket head unit. I appreciate any help you guys can give, thanks!
