    Perhaps the factory warranty would. Mine is a 3rd party. Warranty has now expired but oddly enough the problem has subsided for the moment. Hope it doesn't come back.

    My taco used to do this. I chalked it up to some type of voltage regulation when the brake booster pump would draw current. I also always ran the cluster full dim.
