flip flop sandals with pants? wtf?

I wear steel toes at work, 80% of personal time I wear Chacos with pants or shorts.

 

Sure enough I write this last night, and today my $5 pair of Locals got jacked again while I was surfing. OH well I'll go to Safeway and buy another pair.

whoever doesn't like sandals is ghey because they obviously don't go to the beach.

I haven't worn closed toed shoes in years unless i'm either at the gym or at the shop... Flip flops only for this guy! Why would I want to stuff my feet in some smelly shoe when I'm just chillin? Plus sneakers look retarded with pants!

 

I don't go to the beach because its cold at the beach here!

 

Have seen numerous "sales" for 5 fingers online (google). Usually if its too good to be true, they are fake. Always call Vibram and ask if the reseller is authorized before buying.

 

what are dem type of flip flops in HI that stick to slippery rocks? Bought a pair at a wally world out there for 2 bucks but never could found another pair.

 

I am 53 yrs old and have lived on the Texsa coast all my life. I grew up wearing flip flops. In my teens went you went to the beach you were bare footed but you need shoes to go in the stores so you always had Flips Flops in the car. I still don't wear shoes except for work. I have flip flops for working in the yard and nice leather ones to go to the store. I still keep a pair in my truck in case I leave without shoes and need to get out somewhere.

 

Just got these Vibram Five Fingers Komodo Sports. They are super comfortable, I am going to wear them everywhere. I have nothing bad to say about them as of right now. I will let you know if I have any issues. Got them for $65.00 at Eastern Mountain Sports. Couldn't pass up this GREAT deal!!!!
