    Just called the place I'll be at and they said it's good to go and come on down.

    same here ..... I checked with my rental folks .....

    "...... You are correct, the flooding is up north Hanalei and north, northwest of there. Sad to see, but our area (east side) seems to be okay, as well as south and west. Let's hope things start to get back to normal for the north side. Thanks for checking in. ....." I'll be there next week and advise of otherwise.

    Things are finally getting a chance to dry up the last few days! That storm that was supposed to have came was kind with little to no rain in some parts, luckily! The rain has subsided for the most part. The roads on the north shore will still be down for a bit more though. :(
