    Anyone using this Cross Beam. It seems like a good way to lift one side at a time. I checked it out in the store and it looks seriously solid. I would guess it weights 45 pounds or so. Could be off by 5 or ten pounds, I've been working on my swim and haven't picked up a weight in almost a year.
