Floorboard insulation recommendation

    Yep it's this section here. If I recall correctly the butyl originally stopped at either end of this hole and clear tape would seal in the sides and bottom. The idea is that the water collects on the bottom of the plastic sheet, runs down either side of the butyl and finally flows into that hole to be drained out. Noodles put tape over his so he should be fine.
