Lol yeah i did alittle traveling since we last talked. Viet man i have a 50mm 1.8 but its at my house in jax. If i was there i would let you borrow it but im not. Sorry.

 

hahahaah!! yes man theres plenty of farming here. I live in tampa, and 20 minutes north from here theres odessa, and lutz. all farms and cattle!!!

thats the beauty of florida, you can have property and enjoy the country life, then hop on the causeway and in 25 min, your at the beach!!!

Ya, that's a good deal. I know outlaw offroad used to have them for like 950 and that was the cheapest i had seen them but they arent that price any more. I would say go for it, i like mine and if you hesitant you can wait till next week and ride with me for a bit to see how they feel.

 

I may have to take you up on that offer,thanks. I think I'm going to wait until after I get my bumpers to get coilovers. Even if I did get some I would wait to install them so I don't see the point in getting them just yet.

 

Sounds good, i will say they are a little stiff for smaller bumps but im thinking a bumper on the front will soften them a little bit. Also downsouth will usually give you a discount for being a forum member, it was like 7% off for me when i ordered through them but i don't know if they will give you that or not on the icons because that is already such a low price.

 

Yeah I would hope. Also I plan to run that at around 1.5" to 1.75" over stock so it shouldn't be stiff. Do you know what you have yours set at? Have you measured from the center of your wheel to the bottom of your fender?

 

I never really measured what i have them at but i would guess around 2 maybe 2.25, I have a OME Dakar leaf pack in the back with one leaf removed so i just adjusted the front to be level with the back.

 

Got some tube doors on the way and getting the truck back tomorrow.

 

I hope you share some pictures or are you going to be a tease and make us wait till the meet?

 

I won't have them yet. Most likely won't have the bumper either and it's only halfway primered right now(I hate sanding). So I wouldn't really look forward to seeing it if I were you.
