I am pretty sure that is not a real cop or military personnel. That's the bad thing about being a cop or in the military. People can wear our uniforms at the drop of a hat and act like idiots. We used to throw old uniforms from supply in the trash. Then we started seeing transients walking around in our old uniform shirts. Without any insignia of course. Would not be hard to get the insignia if they searched in the trash a little more. It was really funny though cause some of them were crazy and actually come stand next to you when you were out w/ someone. I would enlist their help as junior officers just before taking them to jail. They usually had warrants or some drugs....lol
