So, i took a little time away from painting today to help one of our fellow TW'ers, and very much enjoyed the break. But yesterday they said it was a 70% chance of rain and i got 00.0%, today a 20% chance of rain and it has been poring here for the last hour. WTF??? It's cool though, i used that time to do all the cutting on my back patio and front entry areas where i was covered from the storm. Did feel kinda strange being on a ladder during a thunder/lightning storm even though i was covered.

Damn, look at those teeth.

 

Not bad looking mali. I am working with these Dutch Shepherds and a couple of GSDs. You have to see these dogs. I am going to make a video, mainly of detection work but some bite work as well. Somewhere in here I have some pics. I know that the pics are out of my phone bc I just got a new phone. The male Dutch is the nastiest dog I have ever worked with, even worse then the 100 pound pitbull on steroids that hated everyone. I wish I had pics of that dog!!!!

 

I am actually getting a new dog. They had a dutchy in Tallahassee that we almost bought about a month ago. Maybe I will get him. Should get a new dog in a couple of weeks. I gotta tell ya I really like the mali's though. They are such work horses. The gsd's can be somewhat temper mental, and shed so much more than the mali's. The mali's don't really shed at all except for a couple of times a year.

 

Last meet I showed the video to some guys of my dog's last catch. It was from the chase helicopter flir camera

 

The drive of a mali is out of control. I already talked to the guy that has the dog about making a video, this should be good. I will look for the pics I have of the Dutchie.
