    i will gladely help when i can walk again. i have a herniated disc in my lower back and mowing the yard yesterday something happened and now i cant walk or sit properly. it hurts soooo bad, not sure what i should do.

    My dad had a problem with that and it lasted for a good 6 months. Go to the doctor and than will give you some shots to calm everything down and than theres a few back stretching exercises you can do to help get everything back to where it needs to be. But defiantly go see the doc.

    i have had the disc problem since '03, but never this bad, i am looking for a chiropractor right now up in lake mary that can adjust me today. i feel going to my dr they would just give me more meds, my wife kept thinking i needed to go to the hospital last night, i literally cant walk 2 feet.
