Florida B.S. Thread

Well, thanks to the awesomeness of TW I now am back to having 2 headlights. Perfect timing too, all this shit weather than panhandles been getting.

Also, changing the headlight bulbs in this truck is an absolute pain in the ass. I had to pull the whole damn battery to have enough room to get my hand in and take the bulb out. After pulling the battery it's easy, but theres no way I can see to do it without pulling the battery (for driver) or windshield washer fluid reservoir (passenger).

 

I did both of mine a month ago and didn't have to pull anything.

 

How did you get your hand back there to get the bulb out of the little clip? Ya gotta be like Houdini or something...

 

Hey Colin, i was just checking out the pics in the raush thread, showed my son a pic of your truck, he said i know that truck from off roadin.

we had a great weekend. minus the fact that 15/19 trucks now need some sort of repair or another, everyone seemed to have fun. i have a bunch of gopro footage to upload now......

 

Went fishin today caught a cuda peanut dolphin and hooked a sail but he spat us out

zero damage and my alignment is still good for once lol

Have seen some of it, more scanning through the pics, craig F^#$ed up that tree pretty good.

yeah, craig got it bad. it was his first "real" wheeling trip, so his line selection wasn't the best, but for a first time, he did great! his bedside is toast, and his LCA skids are pretty beat. still functional, he just ahs to get new bolts and bend the cam bolt tab back

 

I tell you what, i have been looking at so many pictures lately of people wheeling or just scenery around the country and i am getting seriously jealous of the people in these area that get to see this stuff year round. I love florida, but wish i could enjoy more of the country.

 

Agreed thats why im glad im able to go to nc for college and that my dads a piolt so ive been around

 

I've seen plenty, lived in chicago area, germany, been all over east of the mississippi, just never been able to do much driving, let alone wheeling in anything other than florida.

 

part of that just sound wrong.

 

i can’t wait to get my truck lifted and armored! windrock will be the first place i go. i live about 20 miles from windrock/coal creek.

 

Yeah id love to just drive the country see the sites and just whe fish and hunt be a great year of a vacation

 

x2, i consider myself very lucky to be able to live/play in florida and virginia/surrounding states.

ass you're so lucky. it took me 5 hours to get to rausch on friday, and 3.5 to get back this afternoon.

 

lol. funny think is i have never been there. not even with atv’s i want to go this year tho. may get with the guys at the yamaha honda dealer and go one day.

 

yeah its been a great privilege and ive greatly enjoyed traveling everywhere and ill be doing NC and FL the next 4 years so that will be fun.
