Just seems like a waste. Your wheels were what 4-500 dollars? Plus another 110, for what...Stock wheels that some people can't get rid of.

 

Actually, dodges have very solid drivetrains. It's just the rest of the truck that falls apart.

we have tranny problems...in 07 my dad bought a brand new dodge nitro 4x4 top of the line with the tv nav n leather n all that shit we had it maybe 6 months n boom transmission fucks up so needless to say we traded it in n got a brand new 07 explorer for my mom

 

also electronoics in dodges r shit

 

jesse, i'll trade with ya...my wheels are beat to shit from wheeling....i just say it gives them character....and this way, people will look at your banged up wheels and think, damn, that kid must wheel his truck......it's the perfect way to fool everyone

i know a nitro isnt a truck but just the most recent exp...my bro had a 97 dodge ram transmission replaced 3 times in 14 months

 

If that's what you really want to do then don't you have the stock rugged fails and rims for the time being?

 

some kid at school was tryin to start shit bout this at school the other day...hes like i hear u off road n beat the shit outta ur truck...i was like ive took it off road what 1 time n i dont rag on it...its my baby...hes like thats not what i hear n it just went on

 

The 6 speed that they put behid the cummins is one of the strongest transmissions ever put in a production vehicle.

Sounds like the shops fault to me if the tranny came back that many times.

 

ah but one is flat n they dont have air or sensors in them

 

im talkin bout autos n the cummins isnt made by dodge so...they may pout them in their heavy duty trucks but didge does not make them

 

So, your buddy is going to give you $500 for your wheels + his wheels, plus dis/mounting and balancing on all 8 wheels/tires? So after everything he will have paid $700+.
