    you know there is a little fitting below the oil filter cup so you can run a hose down below your skidplate and drain it into a oil pan. Makes it much easier

    Negative, I'm actually quite due for an oil change. I'm wondering if what I noticed was oil from my oil leak last year pehaps? Idk. Truck seems to be driving fine.

    I've noticed the shifting has felt a little odd lately, but I'm at 96K and have never had the transmission touched. Plan on getting the tranny flushed next month and new fluid.

    I have a pump thats made to suck oil. so i just turn it on and stick the hose in the oil catch pan under the filter and vacuum it out :D

    Just stick a little bottle under the nipple, the hoses hold it tight, swap you filter, spray with a little brake cleaner, then make sure to take the bottle out and done, takes literally 20 seconds. I do it everyday.
