First day of classes....no bueno

Nah..just tuesday thursday classes this semester...4 of them.

pay attention in that leadership course. I learned some really great suff when i took mine, and have used a lot of it on the job.

Need your input guys. So my linexed sliders dont handle rocks very well. After tearing one up I had to drop my truck off for the whole day to have it fixed. Now part of the fixed spot has peeled and looks like this.





As you can see it's starting to rust underneath the linex. What do you think of peeling it all of and spraying the sliders? It'd take a while I'm sure but I think its better than the alternative.

 

I like the idea of spraying them myself. As we have talked about in the past, linex is good, but the downtime is crazy. With the stuff most of us use, it takes seconds to fix it right in your driveway. Like last night, found 3 or 4 rock chips on my avid light bar, grabbed a peice of cardboard to block the overspray and fixed them right there. Done deal. Just sucks that you already spent so much money.

 

i would strip them and use some rustoleum spray can bed liner on them. that way, like J said, you can touch it up in your driveway when you jack it up.

 

only fun class would be weightlifting

that's awesome. people always told me to take a class like that, but i never got around to it

 

so i dropped the leadership class and picked up macro...leadership prof was a wack job.
