colin, or anybody, i was thinking of adding a 1'' (probably) maybe 1.5'' (probably not) lift block to my rear, I've heard about axle wrap, but at those small increases, it shouldn't really be a problem right?

i have a 2'' leveling kit up front (i know... anothe spacer) now the front is 1'' higher than the back, i wanted to get an add a leaf initially, but it'll add 1.5'' to 2'' then my front is lower again. they said that under 2'' block shouldn't increase axle wrap that much, plus i don't ever go offroad usually, hopefully citrus will be the first real time

 

why waste money if you are going to get a AAL eventually?

well that's the thing, i would prefer an add a leaf, but I want the 1'' block instead, cause I don't want the back much higher again

 

and honestly, the other main reason, is it looks like it takes a lot more labor to add the add a leaf than the lift block, and I was gonna try to do this one solo

 

two c-clamps and one extra bolt is the only difference between a block and an AAL. you are right though, a 1.5'' leaf will have you a little high in the rear. I started off with a 2.5'' front spacer and 1.5'' AAL, and it sat level. if .5'' rake is ok with you, do the leaf. install is almost identical to the block. if you really don't want any rake, blocks aren't the end of the world. just remember that your leaf pack will wear out about twice as fast.
