Find a good muff shop and get a 1 in 2 out and have them weld on a set of pipes out the ass for 250 to 350. Its all new and good for years the best part you can read playboy while its getting put on...The beans for that one in the ad is too fucking high

 

yea i wanted the dual setup, and I've had exhaust work done on my old car before, and took it back like 3 times cause they kept making the 2 sides uneven, for this set up, it'll surely be even, getting it for 300 shipped, and i can put it back to stock anytime i want

 

Okay, I figured I would ask you guys because you know what you're talking about. I want to level the most cost effective and best riding way. I also have slight OCD (insert sarcasm) and everything has to match. Front to back, Left to right...lol

Question is can you lift with OME 883 Coils and the Stock TRD Sport Bilstiens? I know that there are people that upgrade the Stock Bilstiens to 5100's set at 0 with lift coils, but to do that, I'd need all 4. Doing the install myself, it's still double the cost to go that route...

Should I just bite the bullet and go 5100's at 1.75 and stop bitching...?

harsher......

firmer/softer changes have to do with spring rate. you can lift a vehicle with a spring that is longer than stock, with a lower spring rate. that will give you a soft ride. you can use a stock length coil with a higher spring rate, which will result in a left and firmer feel.

I say harsher though because even with a good spring rate, the stock shocks will be extended beyond their designed position at rid height. the result is that you rist having a jaring feeling when you hit bumps/holes and your shock reaches it's maximum extension. with a mild lift, it's not bad, but at 2.5-3, you really start to notice it.
