Yessir, everything was in the right place, I had just tightened the bolts to get everything to line up, and forgot to loosen them once it was assembled. Once I loosened them, and put a little pressure on the axle with my floor jack, everything slid into place!

Mostl of the K-9 units have pretty hardcore measures in place to make sure that doesn't happen. They have sensors that keep the AC going to maintain a comfortable temp and the windows automatically roll down if it keeps getting hotter and the alarm on the car starts going off when it hits a certain temp. Something must have seriously gone wrong with the car for that to happen.

 

Kind of related, and some common sense but I never thought of it. Running with you dog can kill him/her if your pace is fast enough that they can't pant.

Mine run hard in the woods ,,All pointing dog books say the same thing .A hard running dog needs water every 5 to 7 min..I teach mine from pups to drank out of a bottle

 

Speaking of guns, my buddy Jose posted this on Instagram, thought it was too cool not to share.

 

My pitbull knows how to remove the top from a bottle water, then he picks it up and drinks it all., finally it's empty and he uses it as a toy ... I never taught him this, he just seeks out any plastic bottle , even hunting in bed of truck and jumps into my boat on trailer to find bottles

They are on there own. Saw your pic on Mike's fb page is that a offshore rig??

 

indeed it is. it's currently on land right now though. the company I work for has a yard in texas where they build them and then float them out to sea on top of specially designed ships. the one in the picture is about 2 months away from being completed.
