    i saw a number of guys wheeling the cutting board skids this past weekend. i may give those a shot if these skids ever bite the dust, or if i modify to the truck to the point that they no longer fit.

    Look up starboard, used a lot in the marine industry. It may be cheaper than Delrin and definitely easier to find what thickness and dimensions you want.
