    I have a few mods
    today has been a very crappy day >_< past couple days when I started my truck up, there was a click, then a 1-3 sec pause before it actually turned over, so i thought the battery was bad...went to autozone and yes...the battery was bad, $120 later tried to start her up again.....nothing....just a click and nothing else. :frusty: So everyone I talked to today said this sounded like that starter, so while at autozone, luckily my parents were able to help me out with buying the new starter for $130. got my truck towed back on base by a Jeep and hopefully gonna put the new starter in tomorrow and hope shell start back up again

    Ya, I think ima hold off on playin in the the mud for awhile. and honestly, considering this is an '06 and seems the previous owner didnt really take too much care of it, with the shot SB links, half the hardware from an ARE cover was on the truck when I got it, tires were "meh", I think it may have just been a combination of time to replace some things and the truck not used to seeing anything offroad

    At least you have a taco and not a tundra. The older tundras the starter was under the intake manifold and now they are positioned in a spot where you have to take the exhaust manifold off to get to it.
