Attempting the 886 reverse light mod. Saw it on the fb tw page yesterday and they posted the link to the write up on here. Should be super easy. Already got the bulbs loose, just need to fold over the tips to make for a better connection.

All i have to do is install them now. Should be nice and bright.

 

let us know how the visibility is, i thought about doing that, but was wondering if the bulb wattage is too high? I guess there have been a lot of people who have done it, and no problems?

 

I read the thread last night. Most have done it using these bulbs with few issues. Some people are concerned about the wattage and have used a 30 or 35 Watt bulb instead of the 50 Watt like I'm. Using. I figure go big or go home.
