    Been driving on a rear detroit for a week now and I dont know its there unless I want to. I really like it. Ive driven it on a wet roat also and tested out how hard I can push it before itll slip on me and I was very surprised

    I have a few mods
    well there goes the rest of my night, my damned spanner wrench pin broke off right before I finished the passenger side coilover taking all the preload off. Now I dont know if its just because there is no more preload, I cant raise the driver side one up because I forgot about the lean to leave .5" on the CO. now all its doing is just damaging the holes and making them bigger and flaring them out....

    I at least got both COs cranked all the way down so there no more preload on them...im just pissed my $25 spanner wrench I used only twice broke and its unusable now and I used half my WD-40 can just to get the pass side CO just to even move even after unlocking the allen nut so the plate thing can spin. vibs are still f'ing there too......:mad::mad::mad: fuck my life....I try and do one damn thing and everything works well half way then decides to f me over

    Basically correct. Unless you're talking about drop-shackles, or lowering your shackles via the flip kit. For shackles, every inch of drop only give you about half an inch of lift. (I.E.: a 2" drop shackle will only give you about 1" of lift. A little less on our trucks I think because the axle is not in the exact center of the spring length.)
