    I'm sure everyone's aware of how safe our trucks are but just wanted to share this proof. I have a friend in GA ( out in the sticks) who's nephew had a '12 taco, a few weeks ago it was raining, he came to a curve, lost control slid off to the right then back across the road & off the other side. The truck hit like 3 trees, one at each door & one in the front corner then flipped on its side. Him & his friend kicked a hole in the windshield to get out & not only walked away from the crash but walked 4 miles for help. Worst injury was the nephew had a broken arm, the rest was bumps & bruises.

    When I was told they walked 4 miles I couldn't believe it. All airbags went off (obviously) they said it was like being in a cocoon.

    Wife agrees with you.....driving over to Sanford/Orlando to catch a flight into NH Thursday to bring my "RugRats" for a visit.....She might have 6-8 hours of round trip driving but the time & $$$$$$ saved will make it :cool::cool:.
