    Well I just got out of a ticket, didn't realize that school had started back up in a certain area so I got clocked doin 38 in a 20 I guess it was...woulda been a $400 fine, luckily the cop was generous and let me know about the school zone and let me go :eek:

    Mom built when she moved to Florida in 98, aside from a few hiccups it was a pretty smooth process. Like you said, in any line of work you're going to get everything from shitbox to great. We are dead set on building, I don't want to deal with a major reno. Will it cost me more in the end? Maybe, but I would rather pay a builder to manage subs than do it myself, I don't need the headache. Besides, more time for BBQ, I've been slacking

    In a round about way you could say that.. 30 years of dogs we have had 2 males one was a real piece of work. He would grab the cat with one front leg and hump till he spray painted the cats back.. The cat did not get petted for a few days.:eek:
