    I thought so to. Now that I look at it more I could move it behind where the tire touches it so it doesn't rub any more and so it clears the bumper bracket.

    By the looks of it he welded that right where your rubbing so you would rub even more. Or to solve it all just get wheel spacers!!!

    lots
    endlinks with cotter pin style setups seems more safe to me. cutting and rewelding a sway bar is a bit of a stretch for the mod.

    I'm not opposed to the spacers if it lets me run the disco but I would think I could just move it back and not have clearance issues with the tire nor the brackets.

    If you only disconect the end links then the sway bar itself will go into the cv's. I know it's a bit of an undertaking and that's why I need to build my skill and why I bought Ryan's sway bar so if I screw it up I still have mine.

    if you ran the endlink disconnects, pull the two pins, whats it to take out the 4 bolts real quick to completely remove the bar while wheeling, and throw it back on when you get home?

    It's the snaking it out that's the pain in the ass. I don't think it can be done with out removing the skid plate to. I would like to be able to detach at the trail.
