    That's what we were planning on, this was 1.89 sq foot and that was 3.88 sq foot plus 2.99 sq foot install and our bedroom set gets delivered Tuesday lol and nice land btw

    Damn didn't realize it was that expensive. I just got how the laminate gets scratched up pretty quick and starts to bubble with any little bit of water.

    Yeah it's 400 for the bedroom for this, and I'm hoping no water gets there lol but there are 5 rooms so definitely the bathrooms will get the wood tile.

    I remodeled one of our bathrooms about a month ago & used the wood looking tile on the floor.

    The wood is easy & faster, keep it about 1/4" off all walls so it has room to expand without buckling. I would rather do that than tile but not a good idea in a bathroom. Haha
    Our living room & it's about 12 yrs old.

    That's the plan next spring/summer. Both bathrooms (making ours a lot bigger and taking from the other), the entire kitchen/laundry room/dining room. I have my work cut out for me this upcoming year .. Well my dad does. But designing it all is a headache in itself.

    I'd design anything I could get my hands on. Before I came along the boys house had no actual furniture besides a couch and two beds, bare white walls and floors, typical mans house .. Then I came along and that all changed :) THANK GOD. I was going insane in a bare house.
