You know the usual, flying a wwII plane and hanging out in Tampa. I'll be back Mon or Tues so I'll be available by Weds or Thurs.

Then have both, pintle and ball. Have the coupler bolt on to the trailer and if you are worried about strength you could sleeve the tongue.

As far as power, maybe a couple of deep cycles on the trailer and either a solenoid or and old fashioned boat switch so you don't drain the truck battery.

Oh and what about some 63" chevy leaves so it can some what keep up with your truck?

 

i think for now it'll be very light duty stuff on the trailer, like led lights inside it and stuff like that. i like the trailer mounted batteries idea though. that'll be needed when i can afford an ARB fridge.

We are almost to Alabama, we had to go up to Georgia and across because RV's with propane cannot go through the Mobile Tunnel This makes our trip a few hours longer than it should be

I know. Its not that big of a deal. There is a total of 8 people in the RV 4 of which are 13 and under. Monday cant come any sooner

Good News is that my Grades are looking much better than they were on midterms and I NEED A JOB!!!

 

trailer's coming along real well. ran out of wire last night, so i got some more this morning to get a couple more pieces in. i've been taking lots of pictures. they're up on facebook, but i haven't had time to copy them over here. gotta go to work, but i'll try to get them up after that.

Like I said I went to Seminole State and enjoyed it, and I had friends who went to Valencia and liked it. Seminole is a little smaller than Valencia, but they are about the same. I would just pick whichever one is closer to your house.

I am probably going to be getting some new tires this week and I was set on the DuraTracs but now I'm reading that they are a softer compound that doesnt do good in the Florida heat. Any suggestions? I was planning on a A/T but now I'm starting to consider the KM 2's

 

if it's softer, stay away from them. the stock tires for the sport package were doing well when i had them in virginia. probably set up to get about 40k on them, btu the secon i came to florida, they burnt right up. ended up having to replace them at 27k miles. i'm thinking about km2s for my next set. they suck in the snow (personal experience), but how often do you have to worry about that down here.

 

There is no better tire out there than the KM2. If you want an A/T I'd say Toyo or Nitto.

 

i only drive like six miles to work and 6 back everyday all pavement thats the extent of my daily driving i dont know how long they would last me but im gonna get a set when i get back from cali and get my bonus speaking of bonus i want to drop like 3 grand into the taco anyone wanna help me figure out how to spend my cash. and no the option of giving it away is not being entertained. i have rims just gotta go get em 15X10 other than that im stock
