I'd be careful what you say in that other thread about the bfg's. I think you are stepping on a lot of peoples toes.

I don't really read the other threads, but I will say something about that. People don't just run that tire because it's overrated. It honestly is the best brand out there.

    What's up folks?

I called about 6 different places to disassembly my stock shocks and reassemble my ome stuff and apparently nobody wants the business so I got a spring compressor from Advanced auto, well rented one, I'll get my money back. I think it's pretty neat how they do that. I did a dry run with it just to get a feel for it and damn am I happy I have an impact gun.

    Fink,
Are you assembling the ome shock yourself?

Just got the compressor from Auto Zone today. $50 deposit and I can keep it for 3 months.

I WAS planning on installing the lift today but something came up so there it still sits in the box. :(

Good stuff. My coils are too fat for it so I can barely get the safety pin in it and it doesn't seat fully in the compressor. I wonder how the springs for the 1st gens will compare.

No worries on not installing it. I've been staring at mine since mid last week and won't get it on until this weekend. You might as well wait till the weekend. The weather is supposed to be much nicer.

Only thing that sucks is I work the most hours on weekends. We do like 3x more business on weekends so they have full staff.

Next week I got Monday - Thursday off if anyone is free during the week.
