i didn't personally flip it.....ocala flipped it. the rear of the truck got some decent air a couple times which means that all of the waight of the axle and the force of the springs are all on that washer and bushing. it bent the washer backwards.

not a tacoma, but this is what it used to look like

Going to lay down some bedliner paint in the bed and on some plastic inside. This should be easier than the lift so I'll take pics. :D

i'll probably just get a new set of washers. i was considdering going to our machine shop and making a set of billit aluminum ones, but i don't think i have the time. maybe later.

i'm just running the tsb leafs with an AAL. it actually turns out the the softness of that setup is great for wheeling. nice flex and with good shocks, it's smoothe. the 2.0 icons i have just aren't valved heavy enough for the extra weight i'm carrying around.

the LC ucas are nice. because they use such a large balljoint, you get just as much articulation as with any of the nuiball types. the downside is that like all balljoints, they require grease, and when that grease gets dirty, they shreak like crazy. and being a balljoint, they are a ton harder to service (clean out and relgrease) than a uniball. i want to switch to the uniball arms just because they are so much easier to take care of.

well I dont mind the dakars, but I was hoping I could get a leaf pack that would be a little smoother at offroad. But I will be getting a steel rear bumper. So maybe the expo's, but I dont want 4" of lift. How do yours ride unloaded john?

hmm, sounds like you're right between the two. the timbrens will allow you to better run the all pro pack, becasue they will manage any bottoming out better, but you'll definately use them.

is it feasable to take out a leaf from your current pack? you coule always try that, and if it made them too soft, you could go to a spring shopand have them make you a thinner leaf to gain back some of the strength.
