    don't really "Need" a welder....I chopped my cab mount just with a grinder/cutting wheel and left open.

    Also don't for get alot of the sand in this area is ground up quartz
    you can sign up for a max of 18 credit hours, but you can get a permit to allow you to take more than that

    (I've taken an average of 12-15 credit hours thoughout my 4.5 years at USF)
