    Being a "cop", he got jacked!!! I took his from colin and talked with him (K9) about putting it on my truck and just ordering him another one, dont worry, its all good. It does look really good on my back window though.

    Go to wally world and get cheap envelopes (not bubble) and send them regular mail. Should be really cheap compared to the bubble envelopes and first class mail. You can sandwich the decals in thin cardboard (like cereal box cardboard) to stop them from getting bent up.
