Never been to lazy springs or hardrock before, would a 2wd be able to make it through some of the stuff there? From google searches all im seeing is massive mud pits and pond crosses. Stuff I wouldnt be able to make it through, thanks!

 

I dont think Hardrock is 2WD friendly for the most part. Im not sure about Lazy springs. I do know in October there is a meet at Citrus WMA and a lot of people have 2WD.

Sweet, thanks for the info! I should definitely be good to go ability wise. Is there any age restrictions, I am still a minor.

 

Hardrock is 2wd friendly, just won't be able to do the fun obstacles that 4wd can do. You can definitely stay on the trails. We've usually had 1 or 2 2wd with us in groups

 

Lazy Springs can be done in a car. Although there are some obstacles you won't be able to do but there are ways around everything

I think you might need a guardian to sign a waiver. I know lazy Springs you can print it off so your parents can sign it at home and you bring it with you. Hard Rock I am not sure, but I assume it is the same

Any plans for a convoy headed down from tampa area?

 

Ive talked to a few buddies of mine and they are planning on going also. They are wondering if there are any groups headed out from around here so we dont have a wimpy 3 truck convoy

Yup, we might have a few others going just have to verify with them. We are planning on probably meeting at the win Dixie at 301 and harney road since its right next to interstate

that's out of the way for Tampa peeps since we're headed south. how about 301 and 75. There is a MacDonald's just north of that intersection
