Is the office that gives out the passes open on Saturdays? I could do that first thing and then meet up with you guys wherever you are when I'm through. Not sure I can make it all the way out there any this week.

    Thanks Alfuh!

So the concensus is to meet up at 9am and break some stuff, then head out to wheel at 1pm, correct?

Having a tight schedule is probably a bad idea. There is no way to determine how long the mods portion of the meet will take.

Yeah, just making sure that I've got a round about idea of how long you guys might be modding stuff, even conservatively. If we get to the permit office and go through the process at 8, we shouldn't have a problem making it at 9.

I am gonna try to make it for at least the wheeling part. Prolly won't be able to do mod and wheeling. Kriss, what map app are you using for the trails? Also, estimate on time for wheeling portion of the meet?

Nothing is set in stone at all really, as far as times. The general is that people can start arriving at my house around 9 am. Then, depending on what we get done, and when we are all ready to go, we will head out for the trails. Those who would like to stop at the permit office at 8 am to get your permits, can make it to my place at around 9:30 or so.

Yes. Everyone who has added their name to the list will get my address in a PM. My cell number is widely published because of my business, so feel free to text for more information.

PMs with address and contact number have been sent out. Please remember when you arrive to ONLY park in my driveway, or in front of my house only. Do not park in neighbor's yard, driveway, or in front of their house. Thanks!

OK! NOTICE! I just stopped at the permit office to get my permit. Seems that this weekend not only is the guard on maneuvers and training to morrow and Sunday, thus closing 90% of the areas we can wheel at, but there is ALSO a youth hunting event that is being held in the areas that ARE open to the public. Personally I don't want to risk getting accidentally shot at!

Because of this we can either postpone the event for another weekend, or have just a meet and greet tomorrow. Let me know what you all think.

They said at the permit office that ALL of the open areas will be quite full of youth hunters. I am not interested in wheeling in any of those areas of base property. Lol.
