flowmaster american thunder ?

Hi tacomaworld - I am wondering, I was on flowmaster's site and was looking at the american thunder system. but it says it is only for 2000-2004 tacomas. Will it fit a 1996 extended cab v6 lx or will it need a lot of adaptions or other work to make it compatible? I watched flowmaster's video of it and love the sound of it but am not sure on fitment

 

I would think that if Flowmaster says it fits 2000-2004 Tacomas then that's what it fits, not a 1996. Unless you're willing to spend the time and $$ on the mods it will require.

Why don't you give Flowmaster a call and see what they have to say about it, perhaps they have an application for a 1996 that you're not picking up,off of their web-site.
