The product is promoted as lanolin based everywhere I checked , your MSDS is from Australia not sure if it is a different formulation there

Couldn't find anything else, I'll keep looking.

But I'd question lanolin-based.

Lanolin is the waxy coating from sheep's wool (some confuse it as rendered fat, it's not, it's sebum).
There is a high demand for lanolin for many products, primarily soaps of various types (and a little goes a long way), but I have a hard time believing that a liquid product sprayed on the frames of hundreds of thousands of trucks every year can be satisfied by the wool industry.
There may be a small amount of lanolin in the blend as with other products. Advertising standard are pretty loose and it doesn't take a significant percentage to claim "based".

Mitchell's Wool Fat soaps list lanolin halfway down the ingredients list.

I'm not saying it doesn't have some lanolin in it, but it can't be much or fluid film will be bankrupt pretty fast.
