Had my ‘01 a couple years. Sprayed my fluid film on last week. Now my frame’s all yellow LOL.

Waiting for my extension wand to come in for the aerosol can so I can hit the inside of the frame .

I’d just do it yourself. Schutz Gun, FF, Air acompressor & you’re done.

I'd be interested in this, if you are still doing it. I'm in Wethersfield.

    Pretty much stock right now
I've never used FF, but now see cans in the isle at Lowes. I'm sure these are not the size cans you guys are talking about. They seem pretty small, like bigger WD-40 cans.

I'm riding out my frame warranty, with the hopes that this one won't make it to the end next August. Should the frame be replaced, I will surely go this route and keep the truck for the next 100 years.

Yup I got my '01 about a year & a half ago with a good frame. Protect the frame & these first gens are indestructible. Lowes has the one in the aerosol can. They don't sell the gallon pal which I use with a air compressor & undercoating gun. I just smother my frame with that & use the aerosol can with the wand to get on the inside of the frame.

I think you can only get the wand & gallon online though.

I plan on having mine undercoated on Tuesday, but on Wednesday I am having my brake fluid flushed, power steering flushed, oil changed, and coolant flushed. Should I cancel the undercoating and do all the flushes first or will I be OK doing the undercoating first then the flushes?

No reason they can not flush your fluids after it is undercoated. All simple work save yourself the money and do it all yourself.

I was going to be spraying a handful of frames tomorrow but now it looks like rain in the forecast and everyone would be driving here in the wet. What are the feelings on spraying wet frames, bad idea?

On the cans of FF I have, it says to spray on dry or damp surfaces.
