Fluid gets all over driver's window when using windshield wiper fluid

    Or when you aimed the nozzle to get the car in the left lane when the window was down.

    Back in early seventies it was not uncommon to have a few hundred cars out cruising the main streets in a few of the local towns where I grew up .Police pretty much only got involved with serious things or when people did really dumb stunts.

    Then someone started to complain to the city passed local laws no driving past one spot more then 3 times in a given night expensive ticket for the younger driver.

    That to me was the start of the death of the downtown economy

    what's going wrong, what's shot?

    is it just a few spots like near the top of the driver window or is it a mess all over
    i had a few spots up near the top yesterday at windy highway speeds cleaning the mess off
