I am trying to determine if the 3rd gen has a fluid thermostat for the power steering and the transmission. I recently upgraded the heat exchanger on each.

I was considering putting in something like the "Derale 13011 Fluid Control Thermostat", that bypasses the radiator/heat exchanger I installed until temperatures rise. I usually am off-roading in the desert, but also make it up to Canada in the winter. So it isn't pressing, but I wanted to do get it done while everything is apart to keep my truck operating optimally in lots of climates.

In this thread it sounds like the part number is the thermostat for the transmission 224100-4240 :

Where as this thread has people adding a thermostat:

I couldn't find indication regarding the power steering.

Ah I think I got an answer on the transmission.

Pretty sure the power steering doesn't have one tho.
