They must have updated their website after your call. The II and the III are unavailable.

I'll definitely let them know that they need to update their site quicker, but just so you guys know it's just two guys that own the place and they have two part-timers that help in the shop when the owners are out guiding (they also have 3-4 other guides that do trips for them but don't help in the shop). It's not a big operation at all, it's a true "small business".

Whoever called was was nice & apologized. I did suggest they update their site. I wasn't a dick about it, just expressed my frustration.

I totally get it. As a business you shouldn't advertise what you don't have. I understand your frustration :frusty:

Or just integrate the systems. I'm surprised at the amount of disparate systems small businesses have.

NewCustom built handmade T.V. Tyr fly tying desk. Made from cherry wood. This desk was over $1400 when new and is still in great condition. It has a few small scratches from storage but otherwise is beautiful.

      Description from the manufacturer website:

      "The surface is 18" x 36" x 1-1/4" thick / 27" high.
The cabinet - 7 1/2" deep x 13" high; removable from the table and contains:

      A. 2 - long drawers
      B. 6 - short drawers
      C. 1 - open top tray
      D. 1 - 15 compartment lazy susan
      E. 1- tool holder
      F. 1 - spool holder"

      Source: http://www.flytyingfurniture.com

Has a rolltop cover and is lockable

Selling for $900 - Will consider reasonable cash offers.

The 9'6" 7 weight I'll be using for a bead/nymph rod for my Alaska trip in August.

And I just scored on a black Lamson Guru 2 - #3.5 on eBay for under $200 to pair it up with. Barely used with backing.

I've found some great gear & deals on eBay for this trip. 4 rod & real outfits, line, etc.

Didn't go too high end or really low end...just good reliable gear. It will most likely turn into an every other year trip.

Here's what I've picked up. Saved 50% or more on most - slightly used, closeouts, etc.

    All 7 weights

Hardy Shadow/Lamson Guru 3.5/Rio Gold WF Floating - bead/nymph rod - targeting Char (Dolly Varden)

St Croix Avid/Ross Animas 7/8/Rio Gold WF Floating - mouse rod - targeting Rainbows

Ross Essence FC/Lamson Litespeed 3/SA Streamer Express 12' Sink Tip - Streamer rod - targeting Coho

Echo Ion XL/Lamson Litespeed 3/SA Streamer Express 12' Sink Tip - streamer rod - targeting Coho

All will be rigged up & ready to go as conditions dictate as we navigate the river.
