    Not yet.
It is on the list of gear that I would like to get when I have some extra cash. I got a less expensive one for now, until I figure out more about fly fishing.

That's reasonable. Maybe add it to your Christmas list this year.

Predominantly dark spots on a light background mean it's not a char. No vermiculations on back means not a Brookie. Do u have any other pics? Maybe I'm missing something lol

Regardless, it's a beauty for sure

I'm super jealous of u mainahs

    I don't sorry.

The Brook Trout in this region vary in color a LOT. They are lighter on top in this river, but in small streams & ponds nearby, they are almost black on the top.

Nice fish! I also would suggest using 10-12 lb mono or floro when chucking streamers, not going to bother the fish at all, also a LOT cheaper than tippet. I lost a HUGE fish on the Henry's fork a few years ago fishing 3X which was all I had on hand at the time, snapped the line like it wasn't there.

Thanks. Yea all I had on me was 3 and 4x. I broke off 3 fish. The first fish of the day was a 25-26" rainbow. I was stripping it through, saw him come out of nowhere. He went upstream, I was stripping down, and as soon as he hit it, it snapped. I was sick.

The same shit everyone else has.
Pulled the trigger on a set of G3's finally. Spent well over a week trying to find my size locally with zero luck. Eventually just ordered em online. And small local shops wonder why they cant stay in business. Id rather buy local, but its kinda hard when you have no interested working with the customer .
