Finally installed my Archive Garage hammer hangers. Gained maybe 1/2 an inch in rear ride hight. First impressions just driving on the street are great. Rear definitely feels like it’s more flexy. Removing the factory hangers was a huge pain in the ass. Gotta get my extended brake lines installed and then find a spot to flex out on.

Swapped my diffs for diffs built by ECGS with 4.56 gears. Started work on a winch mount/ bumper. Should be finished up in a day or so.

Photo dump. Haven’t posted in here in a while. Found out this turd weighs 5300 lbs with 1/2 tank and my fat ass in it.

    Nah, doesn't light up.

Favorite single mod would probably have to be the sound system or maybe the bed topper. That thing is super convenient to have. Although, I'd love to put a supercharger on it, that would take the throne.

Well, after changing companies, taking a big pay cut for the first year, getting furloughed and then recalled, I’m back to modding this thing.

Sound deadened the back wall and doors. Makes a gigantic difference in road noise and sound quality of my system. Plan to eventually pull the carpet and deaden the entire floor.

Got a few other minor mods in the works too. Hope to actually go on some wheeling trips this year.

Smashed my tail light the other day playing in a big washout on a forest road. Probably the lamest body damage I’ve ever taken.

Installed a URD Y pipe. A little louder than before with a slightly higher note and a touch of rasp above 3500-4K rpms. Had to cut away some of the gusseting on my mobtown skids to make them play nice together.

Bought some bags from a member on here and got those installed.

Also installed new black taillights to replace the smashed stock one.

Updated the first post with an actual build sheet and added my future plans. @xweslingx is a bad influence...

Went to a local wheeling event near me at ol Floida Jeep & off-road. Not bad for Florida wheeling.

Had my local exhaust shop tuck the muffler. No more dragging it on the rocks.

Also finally got around to swapping in an ecu tuned by @JustDSM. Had him disable the sai and tune it for 91 octane. Only driven it few miles but first impressions are great. Big improvement in throttle response, no more rev hang and seems to have a touch more mid range according to the butt dyno.

Tore the winch apart today. Ever since new I could never get this turd to free spool. Couldn’t even get the lever to flip to free spool.
Upon opening it up I was greeted by this gunk. It was everywhere and it was super sticky, almost a honey or syrup type feel but way thicker. Cleaned all that junk out, which was a pain, and re greased it with some marine grease.

Tomorrow I’ll probably cut into the front end to raise the crossmember and then modify my winch mount as well. Initial measurements looks like I can gain about 3” of clearance up front. Currently sits at 19” x member to the ground.
