I've used an FM transmitter from Amazon for about 2 months now and it works good in the town I'm currently living in because only 2 stations are on the radio, but like others have said it sucks in cities.

I went to Crutchfield and got a Blaupunkt with USB, NAV, Bluetooth and touchscreen for a good price. Pretty easy install.

I have the USA Spec adapter. Works great. Mounted the mic to the overhead console, so I have full phone capability. Callers hear me just fine, and I can hear them no problem. It also includes USB charging, and a Aux cable to use non-Bluetooth audio devices (like an old iPod - audio only, no control). I can use the controls on the steering wheel and radio to change songs on my cell. Definitely a thumbs up from me.
