Yes they have matte black. Matte Gunmetal is their version of gray. I don’t think they offer these in 16.

lol I was actually going to comment almost exactly the same thing! Dustin had gone above and beyond and spent a good amount of time communicating with me. A+ customer service.

Anyone have any luck or trouble getting tires rotated at service locations? I about lost it at a Firestone today when the guy was like naw fam I ain’t even gonna try with those custom wheels (after I asked him very nicely to use hand tools like the instructions say ). And I’m a Lifetime rotate and alignment customer. Any special words to use or have u guys had places use impacts and them not mess things up ? This guy said he had seen his shop mess some wheels and lugs up with similar lugs. Man it’s hard to find good help these days Especially in Mississippi.

that guy probably did the right thing, if he wasn’t comfortable with mounting aftermarket wheels.

I’d personally steer clear of chain shops in general ...not gonna be the highest quality. You gotta find a specialty shop (will be more costly) or a guy who has experience with it at a chain shop. Luckily I found an experienced guy at a chain near me (Discount Tire). Otherwise go with a high end wheel retailer or a dedicated 4x4 shop. You got a 4WP near you?

    A few.
After having problems at Monro Muffler/Brake, who is one of Tire Racks recommended installers, I just went straight to the Toyota dealer to have my Pro wheels installed.

Just got mine too...really impressed that FN double-boxed these (wheel box inside of a larger protective box). This is different than another set of wheels I've bought in the recent past. Nothing against SCS (good company!), but SCS just shipped the wheels in the wheel boxes alone, which I thought was risky given a lot of reported problems with shipping companies lately.

Got my Fn Fx Pro wheels mounted today.
I've had these wheels for a while and have been in contact with Dustin, who lives up to his reputation from this forum. Customer service is top-notch. Went with Bronze for my truck. Looks great!! Thank you again to everyone on this forum, and Dustin!!

I ordered a set for our 2004 Sequoia. These were delivered yesterday. I have to agree Dustin's customer service is top notch. I have very seldom had this level of service.
