Just bought a Tacoma around the beginning of July and have been doing lots of minor stuff to it.

The spring of '24, I was in the market for a Ridgeline or Ranger but I realized the only way for me to get the features that I wanted would require ordering a new Ranger or waiting for the Honda gods to plop down a new Ridgeline spec'd properly. Neither were good options for me since I didn't want new.

In June, I decided to look at Tacomas. The '23 was the last V6 so I focused on those since there are still plenty of certifieds still available. I decided a TRD PRO would be best to keep me from wanting to upgrade too much. No heavy duty overlanding or off-roading for me, just road miles and maybe a day trip to an OHV park every once in a while. Settled on Solar Octane and found a decent deal after a few months and pulled the trigger.

I'll post some projects like the rago hood light where I improved the mounting design they sent with the kit.

    Lastly, for trucks/SUVs, I've owned a '74 GMC Sierra 1500, '91 GMC 1500, (2) '79 Broncos - one with a 460, '90 Cherokee Laredo, and '99 Ram 1500 Sport.

I was looking for a more refined truck with more comfort features and ended up with a truck that is basically a smaller version of my Ram but with 70% better mileage, and easier to park. So I'm okay with it so far.
