New member here with an intro post.

I am currently looking for a Tacoma or FJC to replace my Touareg in a few months. I'm interested in having something capable of extended camping trips, general work use and, in the future, something suitable as an expedition rig. I've been doing my homework lately and have narrowed my choices down to any nice (1st or 2nd Gen) used 4wd Tacoma D-Cab/Access Cab or a FJC. This site, and a few others, have been invaluable sources for me in deciding to buy a Toyota. A lot of the trucks on here are amazing, and you guys fabbing your own bumpers, racks and other gear are an inspiration.

Thanks for the welcome Gents. I've been making good use of the for sale threads already. There are some good deals to be had here for sure...I'm still in the looking/drooling phase really...Though I do have my eye on a few for sale trucks, we'll see if it pans out.
